MUSHROOM SOUP

Ingredients used in MUSHROOM SOUP
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic(finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion(finely chopped) - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Leeks(finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Mushroom(finely chopped) - half cup.
• Ajinomoto - 1 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Vegetable stock - 250 ml.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cornstarch paste - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take some butter in a hot vessel and add garlic.
  • Saute it and add onions, salt, leeks, mushroom and cook for a while.
  • Now add ajinomoto, soya sauce, vegetable stock, pepper powder, cornstarch paste and let it boil for few minutes.
  • Once it thickens switch off the flame.
  • Serve hot in a soup bowl.
