Ingredients used in MURGH MALAI TIKKI’S
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Almonds - 30 grams.
• Fresh cream - 1 tablespoon.
• Cheese - 1 tablespoon.
• Yogurt - 1 cup.
• Green chilly paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chat masala - 1 tablespoons.
Method:

1. Soak the almond for 2 hours, transfer it into a mixie jar and blend it into a smooth paste. 2. Cut the chicken into small square shape pieces. 3. In a bowl add fresh cream, cheese, yogurt and mix thoroughly. 4. Add almond paste, cardamom powder, pepper powder, green chilly paste, ginger garlic paste, salt,1 tbs oil and mix thoroughly. 5. Add chicken pieces and marinate it for 30 min in the refrigerator. 6. Heat oil and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces. 7. Now hot and spicy murgh malai tikki’s is ready to serve with chat masala.
