Ingredients used in Mixed Sauce Pasta
• Water - 2-3 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pasta - 1 cup.
• Butter (cube) - 2 numbers.
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 teaspoons.
• All purpose flour - 1 teaspoons.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• White pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Fresh cream - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Onion (finely chopped) - 1 cup.
• Mixed herbs - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Tomato puree - 1/2 cup.
• Red chilly flakes - 1/2 teaspoons.
• White pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Yellow bell pepper (diced) - 1/2 cup.
• Cherry tomatoes - 1/2 cup.
• Green pepper (diced) - 1/2 cup.
• Baby corn - 1/2 cup.
• Parmesan cheese - 1 tablespoons.
• Mint leaves - 1 numbers.
Method:
  • Boil water with little salt in a bowl add pasta to cook it, but it should be overcooked.
  • Heat butter in a pan, add garlic, all-purpose flour and keep mixing it. The switch of the flame.
  • Then Add milk and keep mixing it. Now switch on the flame, add salt, white pepper powder and mix it.
  • Once it forms a thick mixture add fresh cream and keep mixing it.
  • Heat in a pan add butter with little oil, add garlic, onion, salt and saute it for one minute.
  • Add mixed herbs, tomatoes, tomato puree, red chilly flakes, white pepper powder, yellow bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, green bell pepper, baby corn and saute it.
  • Add boiled pasta and mix nicely so it it is coated with mixed sauce
  • Transfer into pasta bowl and sprinkle parmesan cheese.

Now garnish with mint leaves and serve it.
