Ingredients used in Mirchi Bajji With Bread Stuffing
• Peanuts - 1 tablespoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Tamarind - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Bread (pieces) - 3 number.
• Chick pea flour - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Baking soda - 1 tea spoon.
• Ajwain - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - as required.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 6 number.
• Chat masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Baking soda - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Dry roast peanuts, sesame seeds, tamarind, transfer to ablender and grind to a thick paste by adding salt.
  • Now take the prepared paste into the bowl, add red chili powder, chopped onions, coriander leaves, lemon juice, bread pieces, mix it well and stuff this mixture into slit opened banana peppers.
  • Takechickpea flour in a bowl, add baking soda, ajwain, red chili powder, mix to athin slurry by adding required amount of water.
  • Dip the stuffed banana peppers in the prepared batter, deep fry in hot oil, transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle chat masala on top.

Hot and delicious Mirchi Bajji stuffed with bread is now ready to serve.
