Ingredients used in French Toast
• Honey or maple syrup - 1 tablespoon.
• Butter - to fry.
• Sugar - to taste.
• Milk or curd - 2 teaspoons.
• Cinnamon powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Egg - 2 number.
• Bread - 2 slice.
Method:
  • Take milk or curd add to beaten eggs season with cinnamon powder add sugar if desired soak the bread slice in the mixture on both sides cook on a slow flame on flat griddle till cooked on both sides.

Serve hot with maple syrup

Great breakfast... I use 2 slices of thin bread every morning. I have 2 eggs and a bit of milk with 1 spoon of cinnamon in mixture for 2 thin breads. I add honey on top when cooked, very tasty healthy. No unnececery sugar
