Ingredients used in mint chicken..
• Tomato - 2 big.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Chicken - 300 grams.
• Garlic - 6 clove.
• Soave - 2 tablespoons.
• Cuminseeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Mint leaves - 3 bunch.
• Chilli powder - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
heat the oil in a frying pan, add cumin seeds , Soave. garlic and mint leaves, fry them.for 3 minutes, then grind it and make a thick paste, Again heat oil in pan and add the mixture, and cut tomato, and chili powder then fry it till the tomato gets mixed up thoroughly. Add cut chickens and salt to taste.let it cook for 10 minutes in high flame and then 25 minutes in low or medium flame. add garam masala powder at the end . and serve hot.
