Ingredients used in Mango Rasam
• Green mango - 1 numbers.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Chillies red/green - 2-3 numbers.
• Curry leafs - 1 bunch.
• Jeera + mustard - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1 tablespoons.
• Rasam powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
Method:
Its a very simple recipe tasts as good as traditional rasam.. Keep aside a grated mango pulp..and a onlion sliced. Fry jeera + Mustard + red/Green Chillies + Curry Leaves + Sliced Onion in a little bit of Oil. Add some Coriander powder + Salt Add the grated mango and stir for 2 minutes.. Add 5-6 cups of water..and boil for 10 minutes..and add some coriander leaves... Your mango Rasam is ready ..if you need some strong rasam add some rasam powder... Enjoy simple Mango rasam...
