Ingredients used in MADRAS PAAL PAYASAM
• Milk - 8 cup.
• Milk masala - 1 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Rice - 2 cup.
• Cashew nuts - 10 numbers.
Method:

1. Wash the rice and soak it for 2 hours. 2. Take a pan and add milk, sugar, rice, milk masala and mix thoroughly and cook it. 3. When the rice is cooked add cashew nut and switch off the flame. 4. Now the madras paal payasam is ready to serve.
