Pearl Onions - 20 nos
Garlic pods - 20 nos
Ginger, crushed - 2 small pieces
Whole dry Red Chillies - 10 nos
Tomato - 1 no
Salt - to taste For Sauteeing
Oil - 3 ttbsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
