Spaghetti with meatballs is an Italian-American dish that usually consists of spaghetti, tomato sauce and meatballs.
- Take mixie jar and blend boneless mutton pieces, transfer into a bowl.
- Add bread crumbs, finely chopped garlic, salt to the same bowl and mix nicely.
- Take a pan and boil water along with little salt and cook spaghetti in it. Strain water and keep side.
- Take small dumpling of meat mixture and make round balls.
- Heat oil with little olive oil in a pan, add meatballs and cook it on all sides.
- To it, even add garlic, bay leaf, onion, salt, carrots, bell pepper, tomato, tomato puree, mixed herbs, white pepper powder and mix nicely and cook for 3 minutes on slow flame until tomatoes are nicely cooked.
- Then add some water to it and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
- Take shrimp paste and slightly cook with little oil in a pan, transfer into a bowl.
- Add spaghetti boiling water and cook it. Check for seasoning and switch off flame.
- Take a serving plate and arrange spaghetti on top of it, add meatballs, shrimp paste.
- Sprinkle little parmesan cheese and serve it.
