Ingredients used in Khurma
• Whole wheat flour - 2 cups.
• All-purpose flour (maida) - 1 cup.
• Ghee - to fry.
• Sugar - 2 cups.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Make a stiff dough of the flours, ghee and salt.
  • Roll 1inch thick roti.
  • Cut squares. Deep fry till golden. Drain.
  • In a saucepan boil sugar and water till you have a thick two-strand chasni. Keep it warm on the stove.
  • Dip in the squares in the chasni and drain quickly.

Serve when it get cool completely.
