Ingredients used in CABBAGE RICE
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Rice - 1 cup.
• Cabbage - 1/2 small.
• Green chilles - 4 no.
• Oil - as required.
• Ajinomoto - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - half cup.
• Mint leaves - half cup.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • First pour oil in a pan add onoins,green chilles after onions turned to brown color add ginger garlic paste.
  • Add finely chopped cabbage add some salt, ajinomoto cook until cabbage is well cooked.
  • If it is dry sprinkle little bit water.
  • Add boiled rice,add coriander leaves,mint leaves.
