Ingredients used in Zarda Pulao - Sweet With Basmati Rice
• Water - as required.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Basmati rice - 1 cup.
• Almonds (chopped) - 8 number.
• Cashew nuts (chopped) - 8 number.
• Raisins (chopped) - 8 number.
• Fresh coconut powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
Method:
Take a pan and add water, bring it to boil, add butter, basmati rice, cook it and keep aside. Take another pan add butter, chopped almonds, chopped cashew nuts, raisins, saute well,add fresh coconut powder, milk, sugar, saffron water and cook well. Nowtransfer the cooked basmati rice, mix well and cook it with closed lid for about 5 to 7 minutes. *Delicious sweet made with basmati rice - Zarda Pulov is now ready to serve.*
