Zarda Pulao - Sweet With Basmati Rice

Ingredients used in Zarda Pulao - Sweet With Basmati Rice
• Water - as required.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Basmati rice - 1 cup.
• Almonds (chopped) - 8 number.
• Cashew nuts (chopped) - 8 number.
• Raisins (chopped) - 8 number.
• Fresh coconut powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add water, bring it to boil, add butter, basmati rice, cook it and keep aside.
  • Take another pan add butter, chopped almonds, chopped cashew nuts, raisins, saute well,add fresh coconut powder, milk, sugar, saffron water and cook well.
  • Nowtransfer the cooked basmati rice, mix well and cook it with closed lid for about 5 to 7 minutes.

Delicious sweet made with basmati rice - Zarda Pulov is now ready to serve.
