Ingredients used in Italian Sphaghetti
• Tomato puree - 200 grams.
• Medium sized onions - 3 number.
• Garlic flakes - (7-8) numbers.
• Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves (finely chopped ) - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chilli powder - as required.
Method:
Chop two of the onions to fine pieces. Grind the remaining onions and garlic to a fine paste. In a pan, saute the finely chopped onions till light golden brown. Then add the onion-garlic paste and saute for two minutes. Now, add the tomato puree, required quantity of salt and chili powder and mix well. At last, add some water if required, Let it boil for 5 minutes or till gravy gets to the right consistency. At last, garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and mix it.
