Ingredients used in Italian Sphaghetti
• Tomato puree - 200 grams.
• Medium sized onions - 3 number.
• Garlic flakes - (7-8) numbers.
• Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves (finely chopped ) - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chilli powder - as required.
Method:
  • Chop two of the onions to fine pieces.

  • Grind the remaining onions and garlic to a fine paste.

  • In a pan, saute the finely chopped onions till light golden brown. Then add the onion-garlic paste and saute for two minutes.

  • Now, add the tomato puree, required quantity of salt and chili powder and mix well.

  • At last, add some water if required, Let it boil for 5 minutes or till gravy gets to the right consistency.

  • At last, garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and mix it.
