- Add little water and baking soda to the batter. Batter consistency should be little more watery than dosa batter (the closest I can think is paint).
- Pourthe batter into waffle maker. The trick is when to open the waffle maker. Do not follow the waffle makers indicators.
- Wait for the steam to stop (around 3 to 4 minutes).
Enjoy with Podi, pickle, chutney, etc.
