Idli Waffle
Author : Vahchef
Main Ingredient : Idli batter
Servings : 4 persons
Published date : November 01, 2016

Ingredients used in Idli Waffle
• Idli batter - 1 cup.
• Baking soda - pinch.
Method:
  • Add little water and baking soda to the batter. Batter consistency should be little more watery than dosa batter (the closest I can think is paint).
  • Pourthe batter into waffle maker. The trick is when to open the waffle maker. Do not follow the waffle makers indicators.
  • Wait for the steam to stop (around 3 to 4 minutes).

Enjoy with Podi, pickle, chutney, etc.
