Ingredients used in Idli Waffle
• Idli batter - 1 cup.
• Baking soda - pinch.
Method:
Add little water and baking soda to the batter. Batter consistency should be little more watery than dosa batter (the closest I can think is paint). Pourthe batter into waffle maker. The trick is when to open the waffle maker. Do not follow the waffle makers indicators. Wait for the steam to stop (around 3 to 4 minutes). Enjoy with Podi, pickle, chutney, etc.
