HOT AND SOUR VEGETABLE SOUP

Ingredients used in HOT AND SOUR VEGETABLE SOUP
• Stock powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Ajinomoto salt - pinch.
• Sesame oil - 1 tea spoon.
• All vegetables (mushroom, beans, carrot) - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chili sauce - as required.
• Pepper powder - pinch.
• Ginger (finely sliced) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green onion (finely sliced) - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tofu (cubes) - 1 cup.
• Corn flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Take a vegetable stock powder, to it add around 3 cups of water and let it boil.
  • Then add soya sauce, rice vinegar, chili sauce as required, pepper, sugar.
  • All vegetables, slices of ginger, mushroom, green onion, ajinomoto, salt and boil this once.
  • When it comes to boil, add sesame oil, then mix corn flour in water and add this to the above vegetable stock along with tofu, bring this to boil again as thicker you want.
  • Take a serving bowl, add spring onions and soup into it.
