GREEN CHILLIES COLACASIA CURRY

Ingredients used in GREEN CHILLIES COLACASIA CURRY
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Peanuts - 1 tablespoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Dry coconut powder (optional) - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion - 2 numbers.
• Green chillies - 5 numbers.
• Mint leaves - 1 bunch.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Curry leaves - 4 springs.
• Oil - as required.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Hing - pinch.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Colacasia - 10 numbers.
• Tamarind juice - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Jaggery - 1 tea spoon.
Method:

1.Take a pan add cumin seeds,peanuts,sesame seeds,dry coconut powder, chopped onion, green chillies,mint leaves,coriander leaves,curry leaves and just saute it well.

2.Then put in a blender to make fine paste.

3.Now take a pan add oil,mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste,pinch of hing,turmeric and mix it well.

4.Then add masala paste that we have prepared at starting and cook for few mins.

5.Add Colacasia,tamarind pulp,little by little water,some salt,jaggery and mix it.

6.Cook it for few minutes on a medium flame.

7.Then serve with chapathi.
