Ingredients used in ghughri
• Green chillies - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlic - 21/2 tablespoons.
• Peas - 3/4 cup.
• Potatoes(cut into small cubes almost the size of peas) - 1 cup.
• Chopped coriander - 3 tablespoons.
• Hing - to taste.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
Heat oil in a skillet. Add hing to it. Add the potatoes, garlic and chillies to the oil Fry the potatoes for a few minutes and then add the peas. Cover it for 2 minutes and then cook it uncovered. When the potatoes and peas are cooked, add the chopped coriander and serve it steaming hot.
