| • Coriander leas (cilantro) - 4 bunches bunch. | |
| • Br (egg plant)injal - 1lb lbs. | |
| • Garlic - 3 clove. | |
| • Curry leas - 1 numbers. | |
| • Oil - 4 fl. oz.. |
take coriander leaves and green chillies add salt and make into paste.cut brinjals into 4 parts with stem intact.stuff the paste into brinjals.add oil to pan , add musterd sees ,jeera garlic and cury leaves ,chopped onions , let them fry for 5mints .add stuffed brinjals to this mixure add termaric powder , cook them in medium to low flame for 20 mints.serve with rice.
