Ingredients used in Fried Icecream
• Cashew nuts - 5 no.
• Bread crumbs - half cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Corn flour - 1 cup.
• Ice cream (any flavour) - 1 ( loaf ) no.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Scoop the Ice cream and Refrigrate at high.
  • Make batter of Cornflour and Salt.
  • Spread the Bread Crumbs in a plate.
  • Dip the scoops in batter and Roll it in Crumbs and refrigrate again.
  • In hot pan, add sugar and sprinkle some water.
  • When sugar melts, add crushed cashews to it.
  • Deep fry the scoops till golden brown and garnish with cashews.
