EXHIBITION STYLE TAWA PANEER

Ingredients used in EXHIBITION STYLE TAWA PANEER
• Paneer - 6 piece.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Amchur powder / dry mango powder - pinch.
• Chaat masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - pinch.
Method:
  • Cut paneer into rectangular pieces and keep aside.
  • Take a plate, add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, amchur powder, chaat masala, garam masala, salt and mix nicely with little oil.
  • Coat this mixture on paneer piece.
  • Cut onion into round slices then coat them with leftover masala and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a tawa, place marinated paneer and cook it on both sides for 30 seconds.
  • Place onion, cook slightly and switch off the flame.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with cooked onions and coriander leaves.

Now Exhibition Style Tawa Paneer is ready to serve.

This looks delicious! It didn't look like you had enough masalas to coat all four paneer slices. Can you cook the masalas in the oil and then add the paneer slices?
