Ingredients used in Eggless Nan Khatai Cookies
• All purpose flour - 180 grams.
• Curd - 50 grams.
• Sugar powder - 80 grams.
• Butter - 100 grams.
• Vanilla extracts - 3 drops.
• Pistachio slices - 10 grams.
Method:
In a bowl add butter in a pan and cream it. In this add sugar powder, mix it well add curd, mix this and add all purpose flour, vanilla extract, mix this like a dough. Divide the dough into equal portions. Make them into the round smooth balls are bullet shapes with no cracks, lightly press some pistachio on top of each ball. Bake them into 180-degree centigrade for 15 to 18 minutes. when you see that bottoms begin to brown lightly, remove from the oven and let it cool down, transfer to a plate.

i love all ur recipes, especially your sweet dishes... could u plz post how to make barfi? and different kinds, soft creamy etc... i would love to be able to make my own for special occasions thankyou... and you do inspire me to cook :)
