Ingredients used in Egg Bonda
• Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons.
• Corriander(chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Besan - 2 cup.
• Chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Chillies(chopped) - 4 numbers.
• Onions(chopped) - 2 small.
• Eggs(unboiled) - 2 numbers.
• Eggs(boiled) - 4 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
First cut boiled eggs into half and seperate egg yellow and egg white. Now take a bowl and smash egg yellow and add onions, chillies, corriander leaves, lemon juice salt and mix well. Now stuff this mixture in egg white and keep aside. Now take unboiled eggs and seperate egg white in a bowl and add besan, salt, chilli powder and mix well and prepare like a bajji batter. Now take the stuffed eggs and dip in this mixture and deep fry in Oil.
