EGG AND DILL LEAVES SALAD

Ingredients used in EGG AND DILL LEAVES SALAD
• Olive oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper crush - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon.
• Dill leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Boiled egg - 1 no.
Method:
  • Take a bowl add olive oil, pepper powder, salt, lime juice and mix it.
  • Add mayonnaise, dill leaves and mix nicely.
  • Cut boiled egg into 8 pieces and arrange in serving plate and on it top pour the mayonnaise mixture.
  • Garnish with chopped dill leaves.

Now Boiled Egg Salad ready to serve.
