Ingredients used in DAHI WALA KHER SANGRI
• Mustard oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - half tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - half tea spoon.
• Hing - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Yogurt - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves - half bunch.
• Kher sangri - 1 cup.
Method:
  • In a hot pan take mustard oil and refined oil. When the mustard splutters add cumin seeds, then add hing, red chilly powder, salt, turmeric and coriander powder in yogurt.
  • Add this yogurt in the pan and let it boil. While boiling add boiled kher and sangri to it and mix it well.
  • Let it cook for few minutes and switch off the flame.
  • At last add coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or roti.
