CUCUMBER CAPSICUM FRY

Ingredients used in CUCUMBER CAPSICUM FRY
• Yellow cucumber - 1 number.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Peanuts - 1 tablespoons.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Desiccated coconut powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Bell pepper - 1 numbers.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1 number.
• Green chilli - 4 numbers.
• Oil - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Dry roast the sesame seeds and peanut in a pan and make a fine powder.
  • Heat oil in a pan add big pieces of onions, salt, saute it for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes add yellow cucumber pieces, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder saute it for a minute.
  • Then add desiccated coconut powder, capsicum pieces, tomatoes, green chili mix it once.
  • Add sesame seeds, peanut powder cook this for 3 minutes with a lid on.

Serve this with rice or chapatti.
