CRISPY CAULIFLOWER BURGER

Ingredients used in CRISPY CAULIFLOWER BURGER
• Cauliflower - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Mixed herbs - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Maida - 1/4 cup.
• Corn flour - 1/4 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
• Burger buns - 1 number.
• Mayonnaise - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Lettuce - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Tomato - 1 number.
• Onions rings - 3 number.
Method:
  • Firstly cut the cauliflower intothinhalf pieces.
  • Season it with salt, chili powder, pepper powder, mixed herbs, all-purpose flour, corn flour and coat it well.
  • Now dip the cauliflower in cold water and repeat the process again.
  • Then fry it in a hot oil till it is crispy and gets a nice color.
  • Now place the cauliflower on a toasted bun, top it up with mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, lettuce, tomato, onion rings
  • Finally, cover it up with another bun and serve.
