Ingredients used in COOKIES
• Oil - half cup.
• Ghee - half cup.
• Sugar powder (icing sugar) - 1 cup.
• Gram flour - half cup.
• All purpose flour (maida) - 2 (1/2) cup.
• Eating soda (cooking soda) - half tablespoon.
• Cashew nuts - 5 no.
Method:
  • Preparation Mix maida, gram flour, sugar powder, ghee, oil and eating soda.
  • Make them as a soft dough. Divide dough into lemon size balls and press them, make them as round biscuit shape.
  • Take a tray apply butter or ghee or oil to it and place all cookies on a tray.
  • Put each cashew nut in each biscuit. Bake them in 170 degrees for 8 to 10 min in a oven.
