Ingredients used in chilli paratha
• Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Red chili powder (or) chili sauce - 1 tablespoons.
• Green chilies (slit lengthwise) - 3 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 3 leaf.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Green bell pepper (capsicum) cut into cubes - 1 numbers.
• Tomatoes (finely chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Parathas - 6 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Lemon juice - 1 teaspoons.
• Soy sauce (optional) - 2 teaspoons.
Method:

In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds. When it sputters add onions, when turned into golden brown add green chilies, ginger amp; garlic paste, saute for 3 minutes. Now add Tomatoes, curry leaves and salt cook well for 5 minutes add all the masalas (garam masala, red chili powder (or chili sauce) , turmeric powder). Fry them for 3 minutes. Add the bell pepper mix it well with the masalas fry them little bit. Now cook the parathas and cut them or tear them into pieces or cubes. Add this parathas in to the above mixture and mix it well. Cook till the masalas and parathas are mixed together, now add soy sauce mix it well and remove from heat. Squeeze lime juice on top of it and serve hot. Garnish with coriander leaves.
