Ingredients used in Chili Burger
• Hamburger bun - 4 numbers.
• Minced beef - 700 grams.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Garlic - 2 cloves.
• Chili flakes - 1 tablespoon.
• Black pepper powder - to taste.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Sun-dried tomato paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Butter - to taste.
• Cooking oil - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lettuce leaf - 4 numbers.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic and onion until the onions are translucent and soft. Add the cumin and chilli flakes and sautefor 2 minutes. Leave to cool slightly.
  • In a bowl add fried mixture, minced beef, sun-dried tomato paste, coriander, salt and black pepper. Mix thoroughly, then divide into 4 equal portions and shape into burgers.
  • Brush the grill or pan with a little oil and cook the burgers for about 8 mins, turning once. Cook till it get golden brown from both sides.
  • Put butter on buns and lightly toast in a frying pan. Place the burger in the toasted bun. Add lettuce and sauces as required.

Serve it with ketchup.
