Ingredients used in Chicken with Egg
• Chicken (pieces) - 1 number.
• Egg - 2 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup.
• Cumin seeds - half tea spoon.
• Black pepper - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Vegetable oil - 5 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Clean and wash chicken well and set aside.
  • In a pot or pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger paste, garlic paste and sauteif for 2minutes.
  • Then add chicken pieces, salt and water. Cook on low flame until the chicken is tender and cooked.
  • When the chicken is well done sprinkle black pepper powder and mix.
  • Then beat 2 eggs, add to the chicken and stir until the egg is cooked well.
  • Garnish with coriander (cilantro) leaves.

Serve it hot.
