Ingredients used in Chicken with Egg
• Chicken (pieces) - 1 number.
• Egg - 2 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup.
• Cumin seeds - half tea spoon.
• Black pepper - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Vegetable oil - 5 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Clean and wash chicken well and set aside. In a pot or pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger paste, garlic paste and sauteif for 2minutes. Then add chicken pieces, salt and water. Cook on low flame until the chicken is tender and cooked. When the chicken is well done sprinkle black pepper powder and mix. Then beat 2 eggs, add to the chicken and stir until the egg is cooked well. Garnish with coriander (cilantro) leaves. Serve it hot.
