1)Take a kadai heat 3-4 tsp of oil when it gets heated add minced onions n fry . 2)fry them till they get brown in color add salt,haldi,chopped chillies.chopped mint leaves,followed by chicken. 3)saute the chickento incorporate in the oil . close the lid n let it cook (if necessary u can add some water to avoid ny burning). 4)after 5 mins give it a stir n add in the cumin powder,garam masala,red chilli powder,chat masala,lemon juice n cook till raw flavour goes out.u can add water to cook thoroughly .taste the mixture 2 check the salt(adjust 2 ur taste ). 5)make sure all the water evaporates while the chicken is ready 4 stuffing 6)it approximately takes around 20-25 mins in amedium flame. 7)now keep the mixture aside 2 cool n start preparing chapathi dough. 8)take 1cup of atta ,add some salt,add some milk and luke warm water 2 make the dough.it roughly takes abt 3 mins. u can mix 1 tsp of oil to get a dough soft. 9)now roll it abt 4quot;circle n fill it with chicken n close it.with the help of dry floor roll it abt 6-8quot;circle n fry it on the hot griddle by applying some butter r oil to ur taste. 10)do the same for rest of the dough n serve hot with ny pickle r with yogurt raitha
