Chicken quesadillas have a crispy multigrain shell. It is a multi layer cake with boiled chicken and cheese mouthwatering stack of tortillas.
- Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, cornmeal flour, salt, baking powder, butter, little water and mix nicely to make dough, keep aside for 5 minute
- Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, green chillies, onions, coriander powder, mixed herbs and saute it.
- To it add red chili paste, vinegar, little salt, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, red chili flakes, little chicken stock and cook it.
- Divide dough into portion and roll it, cook it on both sides.
- Place the aluminum foil and cooked tortillas and apply butter, hunk yogurt.
- Spread cooked bell pepper mixture, avocado, boiled chicken.
- Place one more tortillas and repeat same process for 4 layers.
- On last tortillas apply butter and sprinkle some cheese on top.
- Fold edges of foil and place in oven and bake it at 180 degree for 5 -8 minutes.
- Cut into triangle pieces.
Now chicken quesadillas is ready to serve with any salsa.
