- Heat oil in a pan add crushed ginger, garlic, and onion and saute for some time then add boneless chicken cook for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile take a bowl add yogurt, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, cuminpowder, coriander powder, salt and mix it well.
- Add this yogurtmixture into chicken and mix it by adding some water then cook till the chicken tender and transfer into a bowl add potato juliennes.
