1.take chicken pieces in a bowl, add curd, salt, ginger garlic paste and mix it well and leave it for half an hr..then deep fry the chicken pieces .. well 2.heat a frying pan and add 1 spoon of the same oil , add pepper corns,cumin seeds, red chilly whole, 4 small onions , 2 garlic and fry tat well.. then have to make it as powder using blender... 3.take 2 big tomatoes , 4small onions, and remaining garlic and grind it well like a paste.. 4.in a pan heat 1 spoon of same oil and add cloves,the powder and fry it well and then add paste and during tat time add chilly and coriander powder and cook it well.. after ten mins add the fried chicken and add little bit of water if needed as grevy consistency... otherwise make it dry masala.. 5. finnaly add chopped coriander... and serve hot
