CHICKEN BULLETS

Ingredients used in CHICKEN BULLETS
• Boneless chicken - 250 grams.
• Chick pea flour - 1 cup.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Green chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Lime - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chilly powder - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Grind the boneless chicken coarsely and take into a bowl.
  • To the chicken add Chick pea flour, salt, red chilly powder, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, lime juice and mix it thoroughly, then make bullet shape tikkis.
  • Heat oil and deep fry the chicken bullets to brown colour.
  • Yummy chicken bullets are ready.
