Ingredients used in Chicken Biriyani(Spicy)
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1.5 teaspoons.
• Green chilli - 3 large.
• Tomoto - 2 big.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Onion - 2 big.
• Jeera/fennel - 0.5 teaspoons.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Rice - 300 grams.
• Chicken - 300 grams.
• Curd - 100 ml.
• Mint leaves - 0.5 bunch.
• Coriander leaves - 0.5 bunch.
• Ghee - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - 0.25 teaspoons.
• Water - 450 ml.
Method:

Initially wash the chicken and rice Properly and keep it aside Put oil in a pressure cooker,once the oil get heated add jeera/Saunf,after it splutters,add onion and saute it for 3 minutes.Then add Ginger garlic paste,fry properly,add green chilli and roast it.Then add Tomoto and put little salt so that it will boil quickly After some time add chicken,little salt,turmeric. After water evaporates add mint leaves,coriander leaves,Garam masala,coriander powder,red chilli powder and mix it properly.after 2 minutes add curd,and mix it properly Now add Rice and mix,then finally add water(1-1.5 Ratio) and salt Now close the pressure vessel and wait for 1 whistle
