Ingredients used in Chicken Bhajji
• Chicken boneless (cut into small pieces) - 500 grams.
• Cornflour - 1 tablespoon.
• Maida / all purpose flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Chilli powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Jeera - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Garam masala - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onion (sliced) - 1 number.
• Green chilies (slited) - 4 number.
Method:
Mix the cornflour, egg, maida, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, ginger garlic paste, and make a thick mixture. Add the chicken pieces in it. Let it marinate for 1 hour. Then deep fry the chicken pieces in hot oil. Take little of that oil, add some onion, green chillies, sauteand add to the chicken for garnish. DeliciousChicken Bhajji is now ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
