Ingredients used in Chicken American Chopsey
• Corn flour(mix it with water) - 1 tablespoons.
• Tomato sauce - 2 teaspoons.
• Chilli sauce - 1 teaspoons.
• Soy sauce - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Chopped spring onions - to taste.
• Diced green bell pepper(capsicum) - 1 numbers.
• Diced onion - 1 numbers.
• Red chillies(cut into small pieces) - 2 numbers.
• Ginger paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Boneless chicken - 1/2 lbs.
• Plain noodles - 1 bag.
• Food color(red) - .
• Pepper powder(for taste) - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Vegetable oil - to fry.
Method:
For Crispy Noodles: ************************** Boil the Noodles for 5 minutes,stain Fry it in oil till slight brown in color . For Gravy: **************** Cut the Chicken into small pieces and add salt and pepper powder and boil it. Heat oil in the Pan amp; Add ginger paste and Red chillies fry well Add onion,capsicum,spring onions amp;fry well Add Soy sauce,Chilli sauce,tomato sauce and fry them Add 2 1/2 spoons of Corn flour mixed with water. Finally Add salt for taste and food color. Stir it well till the gravy thickens. Finally add chicken amp;add pepper ,salt and chilli powder as to taste. Now Mix the fried Noodles and chicken Gravy when u serve it. For Garnishing add Spring onions and one bull#39;s eye Egg(Egg Omlete ,Half boiled Egg)
