Ingredients used in Cauliflower Kaju Curry
• Curry leaves - 1 bunch.
• Cardamom - 3-4 numbers.
• Cinamom - 1 piece.
• Clove - 4-6 numbers.
• Tomato - 2-3 small.
• Onions - 3-4 small.
• Dhania pwder - 1 teaspoons.
• Chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Kaju paste - 3/4 cup.
• Cauliflower - 250 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry cauliflower and keepm it aside. Now in another pan heat 2tbsp of oil and fry Clove,Cinamom,Cardamom,curry leaves. Now add Ginger garlic paste, garam Mamsala pwder n fry for 5sec. Now add chopped onions,turmeric,salt and fry well. Now add fried Cauliflower and mix well and Add tomato ,dhania powder,chilli powder and fry well with closed lid for 4-5minutes. Now add water and llet it cook for few more minutes. Now add Kaju paste and mix well. Now again add water and let it cook for few more minutes and finally add corriander leaves and serve hot
