Ingredients used in CARROT LASSI
• Carrot - 2 number.
• Salt - pinch.
• Curd - 2 cups.
• Honey - as required.
• Almonds (chopped) - 4 no.
• Cashew nuts - 4 no.
Method:
  • Cut the carrot into small cubes.
  • Boil the water in a pan, add carrot pieces, pinch of salt and boil it for 2 minutes. Later cool it down.
  • Then transfer this into the mixie jar and make it into a coarse paste.
  • In it, add curd, honey, almonds, cashew nuts and blend until smooth paste.
  • At last, transfer into a serving glass and add ice cubes as required.

Delicious Mango Lasssi is now ready to serve.
