Ingredients used in Cabbage Saalan
• Red chilli powder/pisi lal mirch - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Ginger/adrak(minced) - 1 tablespoons.
• Egg (beaten) - 1 numbers.
• Cabbage/gobhi - 1/2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cooking oil - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan, add cabbage. cook for 3 minutes or until cabbage is soft.
  • Add ginger, salt, and red chilli powder to it. Saute for few minutes then cover and let cook until cabbage is done.
  • Add beaten egg and stir quickly. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Cabbage Saalan is ready to serve.
