Ingredients used in Bread Halwa
• Cardamom - 4 numbers.
• Deshi ghee - half cup.
• Sugar - 5 tablespoons.
• Egg - 2 numbers.
• Bread - 4 slice.
• Evaported milk - 1 can.
• Cinnamon - 1 sticks.
Method:
  • Put all breads into a can of evaporated milk and let it soak for 30 minutes. on the other hand take two eggs mix them well and add suger and mix again.
  • Then in a blender take bread and milk mixer, egg and suger mixter and blend them well.
  • Then in a nonstick pan pour that mixter and add deshi ghee and cardimon, cinamon, turn on the stove on a medium high flame, stir continuously, within 15 minutes the mixter will lose all water , continue stiring, when the mixter will losssing ghee and will be dry then turn off the stove.
  • Spread some ghee on a plate and pour the halwa and let if cool down.

Then spread the halwa on the plate and make barfi.
