Ingredients used in Big fish fry
• Chilli powder - to taste.
• Egg - one .
• Ginger-garlic paste - one tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Color - to fry.
Method:
Cut the fish into small pieces. in a plate take ginger-garlic paste, add salt, chilli powder, color and egg mix it nicely. add this mixture to the fish mix it nicely and marinate it for half an hour and fry it in oil. and garnish with corainder
