Ingredients used in Bendi Okra Masala
• Daniya powder(coriander powder) - pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Gingergarlicpaste - pinch.
• Chillipowder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Sesame powder(roasted and grinded) - 3 tablespoons.
• Bendi(okra) - 10 numbers.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - pinch.
• Jeera - pinch.
Method:
First slice okra/bendi vertically one side for filling ,next in one plate mix sesame powder,chilliepowder,salt,gingergarlic paste,dhaniya powder mix it well and keep this filling in each bendi which we have sliced vertically. Next take oil in a pan add mustard seeds and jeera when they pop up fry bendi and close the lid while cooking and shake them once after frying for 4 mins so that every side of bendi gets fried well ..
