Ingredients used in SATHUMAVVU(HEALTH MIX)
• Soya - 100 grams.
• Barley andpeanuts - 100 grams.
• Corn - 100 grams.
• Mace,millet(kambu,solam) - 100 grams.
• Green gram or moongdal - 100 grams.
• Urad dal - 100 grams.
• Roasted dal(pottu kadalai) - 100 grams.
• Boiled rice - 100 grams.
• Sago, horse gram,, cashewnuts badam - 50 grams.
• Raggi and samba wheat - 200 grams.
• Elachi - 25 grams.
Method:

To make sprouts,soak the grains for 8 hrs,drain well and keep for a night in hotbox. Soak corn separately. Soak uraddal,green gram,mace,millet,soya,horsegram,raagi and wheat. Soak and make sprouts of above ingredients. Then dry the sprouts in room temperature and dry roast in medium flame little by little.(till smell comes) Dry roast the remaining ingredients too except elaichi. Powder all together and store in air-tight container.
