Ingredients used in Alasanda vadalu
• Lobia - 1 cup.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 4 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Oil (deep fry) - to fry.
Method:
  • Make the lobia into half and soak them. After soaking, wash and strain water.
  • Then blend them into coarse paste and add finely chopped onions, green chillies.
  • To it, add salt, cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and mix it thoroughly.
  • Later, make small fritters and deep fry them in hot oil.

Serve this dish with chutney which makes it tasty and delicious.
