Ingredients used in Tomato Pachadi
• Tomato chopped very fine - 1 number.
• Medium onion chopped fine - 1 number.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 3 springs.
• Crushed mustard - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Fenugreek roasted and powdered - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green chilies sliced round - 2 number.
• Minced or grated ginger - 1 tea spoon.
• Chilly powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Yougurt - 2 tablespoons.
• Cooking oil - 3 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds, saute it.
  • Then add chopped onion and stir fry till onions are slightly transparent.
  • In the same pan, add chopped green chilies, tomatoes, ginger, curry leaves and saute for another couple of minutes.
  • Finally add beaten yogurt, crushed mustard seeds, salt. Let it cook till one boil then remove from flame.

Tasty and delicious Tomato pachidi is ready to serve.
