Ingredients used in PINEAPPLE HALWA
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Pineapple pieces - 2 cups.
• Brown sugar - 2 cups.
Method:
  • If it is a fresh pine apple, remove the skin from the pineapple.
  • Cut it into small pieces.
  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Add the pineapple pieces to the butter.
  • cook it until the pineapple pieces are half cooked or until they lose some water.
  • Add brown sugar and allow it to cook further in simmer.
  • Remove from heat when it gets the consistency of halwa.
